About Me

I live and work in Montreal.  I am a long time fan of Ken Wilber's writings and I try to live with an integral perspective.  Wilber is not very well known in French Quebec. I wish more of his books were translated, so I could discuss his vision with my peers.

Career

I am a Social Worker, recently retired from my job in the Psychiatry department of a General Hospital.  I have a private practice and I am currently teaching part-time in a program called "Sens et projet de vie" offered at a french university in Montreal. This is a very innovative program designed for people around retirement age, who want to reflect on the meaning of their lives and create a personal life project for the future.

I recently finished the Foundation and Apprenticeship Program at Integral Coaching Canada and I am amazed with the effectiveness and beauty of this approach.  It truly embodies the integral vision and helps people move in a deeply creative way.

Hobbies and Interests

Meditation, gym and swimming, gardening, reading on a variety of subjects relevant to the human experience.  Discussing and sharing ideas with people.
