Are Chakras Real?

To me this sounds like a dismissal of chakras.  To say that they are real only in the UL would seem to say that they are imaginary (not REALLY real.)  However, if the experience gets replicated over time and space for many individuals...this suggests that they ARE real in the UR also. Their UR reality may not be found in photons or electrons, but at some level that we can't measure or really talk well about -- yet.  Now I will stop shooting off my mouth and go try the meditation.
