The Awe of One Voice Telling so Many Stories!

Over the past several weeks I've read many books and listened to many illuminaries tell so many stories about the awakening potential occuring on our planet. Each voice brings, as I listened and read, a twist to this unfolding story from their personal interpretation/perspective. I read a spiritual novel, Redeeming Love, from a  born again Christian perspective, a book by Bruce Lipton and Steve Bhaerman, Spontaneous Evolution, from a biology/science perspective, The Power of Premonitions by Larry Dossey, a medical doctor, offering his perspective from both a science and intutitive understanding. Midnights with a Mystic, by a woman having conversations with the mystic, Sadhguru, founder of Isha Foundation, giving a very different understanding of the role of guru and student and, lastly, Kundalinii Rising, perspectives from many voices about exploring the awakening process, through the charkras, of an ancient power referred to as Kundalini.

I listened to Brian Swimme and Andrew Cohen, just today, from their perspective's about this mysterious force, seemingly moving with great urgency through all of life. I am awe struck and write this today with the greatest humility. Every word I read ,and voice I listened too, are saying the same thing. One voice, through all these voices, kept echoing and resonnating with my own internal soul voice. Now, why I'm writing this with so much humility and awe is, the very fact, I'm trying to bring my limited words to this powerful, mysterious force. My words can't even come close to the powerful energy pulsating through me right now; and, through you and every living cell from the beginning of time, as far back as we can remember time/space. Tears stream just trying to hold this understanding.

I can call this mysterious force by many names; God, the Universe but, the fact remains, it's one powerful force. And, another truth is we really don't know from whence it came......we theorize, debate and often kill over this argument but we don't know. Some say the void, what does that mean? Some say Heaven,  but these are all just the best ideas we have at this time......and this is okay because something within us just wants to believe that there is some kind of beginning. And, of course, then we get all crazy with fear; if there is a beginning then there is an end....an end to what? So around and around we go while this one force keeps moving us to get bigger and better. The seed feels an urgent impulse to become it's highest potential. I feel something and I bet you do too. I've come to believe that beginnings and endings are simply changes in our ever evolving stories.

This one powerful force appears to manifest it's vibrational voice in many forms and perspectives. Look at all the different kinds of species in nature and perspectives in humanity. I love how Bruce and Steve mapped out our inner world. How we have evolved from the single cell to the multicelled, and how this inner world looks and acts like a unified community, working together for the whole system. Nature appears to have this same encoded message too. The one voice linked in the many expressions. So whats up with humanity?

Well, we are young and relative new on the planet, and we've been given the gift and freedom, through free will, to find out about our one voice. All our stories come from the same main character it seems to me.....But because of this free will gift we're all given, we somehow have become lost in our personal stories; these small little selves that are programmed with the good, the bad, and the ugly. OH MY!! All these little selves trying to play on a playground that has been taken over by bully small selves. Our personal cultures and our personal communties are getting very crowded with these bully children, now somewhat out of control.....So, as Sadhguru says, its about growing up and becoming responsible. Electricity, as he says, in the hands of a child is dangerous but in the hands of a responsible, mature adult, it can bring great gifts for the many. And energy, in the hands of spiritual visionaries, can take us to our next leap in consciousness. So this 65 billion year old energy is ready to move into a more light and spirit driven direction. Lord I hope so.

What is so enduring to me, reading and listening to the one voice in all these perspectives, is this beautiful message that our one voice, in the many, comes from, and please allow me this, LOVE....yes love. Think about it. Reading the Christian novel, Redeeming Love, my heart was just thrown wide open. It was the story of the power of love to transform. T.S. Eliot writes, "There is no vocabulary for love....love that's lived in but not looked at, love within the light of which all else is seen, the love within which all other love finds speech. This love is silent." This to me is what this beautiful, all empowering life force is about. Wakening us to what it really means to love one another; the way this one voice, one power, one impulse loves us. Hey, lets be honest here, the one appears to love to pro-create and ,mostly, it takes two to dance...hmm... and make love. 

It is through this deeper understanding, to me, of what it really means to love this process called life in the body form. To reach out and touch, smell, see, feel, think, grow, become; I could just go on and on with the joy of knowing that within me, is a power and love so great that right now, if it showed itself in all its power, I would explode. Literally explode with this awesome love. And, because I know it is the same within you, it makes me love you so much too.....we are the same, just going about life somewhat different, learning from a different point of view, so to speak. But, I see you, I do really see you; meaning that which is within me is the same love and light within you. So lets wake up together and create from this awesome love.

But one thing we can all agree upon is we do need to take action now. First within ourselves then with each other. The Golden Rule is still one of the best teachings around. Jesus is still my great hero as is the Buddha, and sooo many more who carry the resonnating one voice getting stronger and stronger. Its time to take our playgrounds and create more unified, adult communities. Integral Life and so many other forms committed to this awakening excites me so much. Yet, we must keep awakening this love thus opening the path for others to awaken, so they experiene this awesome power of love pulsating through them.
