Important Discussion......

as Ken raises the bar, again, for me of the importance of shadow work. Never ending; yet each time the shadow arises and I'm able to confront my projection or interjection, and then slowly integrate those shadow pieces back into my True Self, I become ever closer to 'who I am'..... not only my uniqueness of me, but it also allows me, as Soul, to emerge and have the best courtship with my beloved. As the song goes....Free at last....Free at last..:) I just love my man Ken...
