Inspiring Interview!

Each week I look forward to hearing the interviews on Integral. For me, this is the best interview yet because it gave to me a kind of transmission. It transmitted that state of union beyond mind/body. To directly feel this through the voices of Ken and Jun Po Kelly Roshi gives true validity to that Oneness of timelessness. It also raises for me, again, the question that continues to linger; how do I use my passion and unique soul expression to be of greater service to this incredible awakening NOW on this planet......I do this with every breath I take, yet, something within continues to alert me there is more to do. I want so much to attend one of these retreats after reading Robert's blog and I know this will happen if my path takes me there.

Feeling is a gift, I believe, that directs us. Our own heart is the dividing point of mind/body into soul/spirit stability. But to move across that point into an integral higher perspective is not easy, as Ken and Jun Po shared....My, the path that Jun Po traveled, was certainly rugged and dangerous. And, the mind/body with all its ignorance does hold us captive and imprisoned most of our life.....like Jun Po, this is something I continue to ask why. Why is it so hard to cross into the light of who we are? Our beliefs, cultural untruths and family errors have powerful influence, even though we have this gift of feeling, that something is not right.....But once we do cross over, into the 2nd and 3rd tier of higher awareness and realization, then the work of letting go and releasing ourselves of these untruths becomes imperative.....Again, this great gift of feeling and knowing keeps bringing us home to who we are......

I just loved this interview and look forward to the next one.
