The Philosophical Mind Unified with the Contemplative Heart

Cynthia Bourgeault's teaching of a marriage of mind and heart into a birth of androgyny, where we can open into a deeper, spaciousness is exciting. My soul sings with joy hearing her speak about this incredible wholeness or unitive consciousness. And Mary Magdalen, as the non-dual apostle, is just the expression Christianity may need to bring all our tradtions into a more co-creative endeavor, and take us into a higher vibration of love. She spoke of Meister Eckhart, one of my favorite Christian Mystic's. He wrote:

You need not look for God

Either here or there.

He is not farther away than the

Door to the heart:

There he stands, waiting till

He finds you ready to open the door

And let him enter...

There is only one thing you must do:

Open and enter.
