Ken Wilber Featured on Free Public Conference Call

As a student of Fielding Graduate University's (FGU) Integral Studies Certificate Program, I would like to encourage you to join Ken Wilber and the Integral Studies faculty on a free conference call to learn about the Integral Studies program. The call will take place 4 p.m. PDT on Wednesday, June 15. The conference call is scheduled for 60 minutes, with about 40 minutes dedicated to Ken taking questions from those who have called in. This is a great opportunity to ask Ken that one burning question you may have of Integral Theory.

FGU offers a Certificate in Integral Studies, providing participants an academic opportunity to develop their awareness, understanding, and application of Integral Theory and its role in providing a meta-framework to understand and solve the problems our globally connected societies face.

The 10-month program includes three classes, each 12-weeks long:

  • Introduction to Integral Theory
  • Advanced Integral Studies
  • Applied Readings in Integral Studies

These courses have been designed by Ken Wilber and his fellow theorists at the Integral Institute. Selected faculty, Jeff Cohen, PhD and Clint Fuhs, ABD, are recognized throughout the world as highly accomplished Integral theorists and practitioners. As a student of the program, I am deeply gratified for the depth of knowledge and caliber of instructional talent Jeff and Clint provide.

The purpose of the online program is to provide participants with in-depth knowledge of Integral Theory and the opportunity to develop needed applications through the work produced and the online threads and group phone calls that take place throughout the program. Students have used the certification program to develop cutting edge approaches to their professional work. Others have been focused on specific challenges that they may find at work or at home. Some students have used the program to develop new career paths and life purposes.

The applied project I have selected is the re-design of one community college course I teach, Issues in American Politics, as a first step to contribute to the Integral education field. This redesign for students, ranging in age from 17-71, will help students generate integrally-informed perspectives when examining long-standing issues in American politics.

The conference call is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. PDT on June 15. To access the call use 1-888-394-8197, access code 1198065. In addition to asking Ken questions, you will also have an opportunity to talk to Jeff and Clint concerning the course materials and purposes. Thanks from Georgia

Hi Michael, thanks for sending this to our Integral Meetup in Roswell GA. I wondered if you knew if the call will be recorded? I will be on retreat on that day.
