Soooooooooo, I am comforted by the wholistic view of masculinity offered by this blog- I might just subscribe to hear the actual lecture. But this short intro. does not say anything new really, especially if you already now about the full quadrant analysis model.

So the evolution of the modern 'man-bot' starts with the 'macho-man' and ends with the 'new-age wussy' with all incarnations of "the disposable hero" in between. Men from every era know that there is always a proper balance of competing social forces (something the that we can hopefully see analytically from the 'outside in' through an all quadrant study.)

I am interested in real strategies for men to temper the incredible expectation of modern women that a man be pre-integrated and have a handle on entire spectrum of machismo to sensitivo- making it really hard for any man to have any damn fun! Help!
