You must be receptive and feel the life flow.
In a contest general'm like any human being at all times has to make a choice, as I am concerned at times today is that we base our choices. Who is choosing, and what is being chosen. The key issue is to facilitate the process of being present in the events is internal or external.
Sitting in Zazen is a practice that made me connect to a Zen Buddhist monk in Brazil in 1985. Sitting was what woke me up interest in the work of Ken Wilber.
Today I have a space where I get 3 times a week for people to practice Zazen.
I'm married to Dayse, I have 3 children a 30-year first marriage, and now at 59 I have two beautiful children with Dayse is my third wife. A name is Victor and the other Henry.
What I want to say this first contact and I am available here in Brazil, go in for my chances trying to strive to live what I asimilando this world that you've set up.
Here to work with such diversity of events, Mormal have to first be patient, second + patience, third + + patience. Patience with ourselves and with everything and everyone.
So I wanted you to have a little patience with me too, everything I write is in English by a translator from the internet then you may get a little weird that I write.
A big hug for everyone, and my deep appreciation for what Ken Wilber makes for our lives.
Be at peace.
