Wonderful consciousness practice!

This practice in the four quadrants, and the whole process was wonderful and I learned a lot from it.  What came up as my results was relationships and systems: I ask questions like how does this all fit in the larger picture, and what is the mutual understanding that we/all of us have in common?  When facing challenges and making decisions, being twenty five years old, I know from my behavior and thoughts, that a world centric view of reality is emerging.  I'm not really one who confines my self with a specific label to any particular group who says, "this is the only way, this is what we only believe".  I am mindful of the quadrants when living life, and I think that by participating in it helps personal development.  I know that I have developed from being able to take the role of others, rather than just thinking about myself all the time (ego centric).  I do feel and live thoughts feeling and emotions based in an ever changing realization that all sentient things are light and infinite (even if these life forms are mythic or ego centric) I actually feel that they are reflection for me to assess how I can develop in my awareness to be more inclusive and tolerant being a part of other worldviews.
