it's just a crappy joke. in the scene, the boss is telling the members of the gang what colors they are, and so it becomes a metafor for spiral dynamics. You're mister green, mister orange, mister blue etc. And the boss (mr Wilber?) actually says: Thank god you're not mr yellow. he's not referring to SD in the film I would assume but that doesn't make it any less funny.  Ken often point out that the top levels are tough and lonely places to be. Steve Buscemis charater then asks: Why am I mr pink. and the boss answers: Because you're a faggot. In a discussion Ken had he mentioned that at a certain stage of personal development you see the world as "I'm great and everyone else sucks". Mr Pink could be seen as the guy who feels "My life sucks and everyone else is great," and the boss senses this in his eagerness to score some quick money and therefore calls him a faggot, which in macho-culture is not a positive thing to be, it's a loser. I guess my question could indicate a certain level of awe when faced with the accomplishments of Ken and the people he talks to. It's a little like taking a strong dose of magic mushrooms and suddenly finding yourself swimming in VERY deep water. Not that I've tried but I've heard about it.
