Yes, it does feel good to be here.   SO GLAD!    My life is much richer and full of color with thoughts, feelings, and sensations.   OH, THAT IS FORTUNATE.    I am so blessed and fortunate to have what I have. 

It is so sad that some people choose to ignore or deny their emotions.  What is sad is that they are numb to what is held inside and what they do not know is in a sense eating them alive from the inside out.  It hurts like hell to become aware of the feelings that one may hold inside, yet the cure is in the pain.  I heard once that "you have to feel it to heal it."  There is much freedom and possibility to be had if one can acknowledge his or her feelings.  Better to have them than them have you.  Also it is a gift to have self-awareness of the roots of our pain, so that we can modify our thoughts or behaviors.   YOU OBVIOUSLY "KNOW" BOTH SIDES OF THE EMOTION EQUATION OF  PRESENCE AND ABSENCE.  YOU SUMMED IT ALL UP!  WITH THERE WERE A BULLETIN BOARD WHERE THAT PARAGRAPH COULD BE POSTED. 

Thank you for sharing and staying on the path.  The world needs us at this time.  Rest in your strength and continue to grow in study.  It is not always easy and sometimes we have to face the giants within, yet we can do it.  I fought with a dragon this morning head on.  SORRY I DIDN'T READ CAREFULLY ENOUGH YESTERDAY.  DIDN'T "SEE" THE DRAGON REFERENCE.  HOPE TODAY LACKS DRAGONS AND CONSISTS OF ROSES ALL THE WAY UP AND ALL THE WAY DOWN.   Its not all roses sometimes, but hey, can't keep this chick down for long.  Sometimes when we face our pain we can find a source of strength to stand from and support what is worth standing for.   DO YOU HAVE REAL HUMAN SUPPORT WHEN YOU ARE FENCING WITH DRAGONS? (THEY USE TINY SWORDS BUT CAN THEY INFLICT DAMAGE!!!)  I JUST WANT TO KNOW BECAUSE YOU DESERVE TO FIGHT WITH DRAGONS KNOWING YOU HAVE A BATTALLION AT YOUR BACK.  DO TELL ME HOW THE DAY WAS TODAY...MMM...MONDAY.  ONLY IF YOU HAVE TIME, ENERGY, DESIRE, AND OPPORTUNITY, OF COURSE.

David, hi.  Does it cost money to use Meetup?  What a great idea.

Want you to know I checked out the TacFit.  Watched some videos.  All I can say is, "Wow!"  And boy, do I fall short of being willing to commit myself to the effort.  Perhaps if i can organize my life better I can, however, add some genuine exertion along that line, however.  I did cardio-karate for over a year in the early 90's.  Wowowowow.  I got into the best shape I ever was.  Of course, I quit eventually.  The only practices i have maintained are  Emotional Discharge and cycling on my exercycle.

I'll look into meetup.  The challenge is...I can't leave home much more than I do now since I help my friend with Parkinson's.  I have to do things online for the most part...i.e., using skype for contacting, etc.
