book Ken regarding green postmodern and yellow integral

Hi,

I wouldn't know where to start, so might as well start here. I'm (going to be) writing a paper on the relation between green and yellow, and was wondering if there is a book from Ken that escpecially goes into the question of what is takes to make the jump to second tier.
