How about levels??

As i was watching these videos I was also wondering the compications that arise when levels are added into the mix.  For example the person in the LL quadrant sounds very Green with her emphasis on inclusion - how does orange sound from this quadrant and also amber.  What would be interesting would be to repeat the exercise and then imagine each of the four participants at different levels.  If, for example, Huy is at amber, what does he hear as the others speak?  how does this change when Huy is at Orange and then at Green?  how does it change when the purpose of the meeting itself varies from amber through orange to Green and then maybe on to yellow.

just some thoughts,

Paul

consider the permutations

Paul, I was intrigued by the levels as well. Interesting how the individual views had a Red flavor, and the Collective views had a Green flavor.

The next step here wold be to construct a dialogue wherein all members are bludgeoningly obvioulsy at the same level, say Orange.

In that case, I think:

UL would be more "wow, I'm really excited to be here on this project because it meshes perfectly with my/our company's goal of excellence"

UR would be more " wow I'm jazzed to get going so that I can perform well in the service of this company's goals of productvity"

LL would be more "wow we're going to get on the same page and become a fantastic team and that way we'll be able to outperform the competition"

LR would be more "hey, lets make sure that whatever we do is on target for each of the departments we'll be dealing with"

and then all the camerawork commentary could be adjusted accordingly

If we allowed that our characters could be at any one of say 3 possible values levels (amber orange green) that would make 36 possible perspectives, then consider the lines that each person would be talking from...cognitive, affective, interpersonal, intra p.... oi ve...by my quick considering 4 lines as well would generate 476 possible perspectives...

oi ve...the intellect can only take us so far here, no wonder storytelling is so magical and eternal, endless possibilities within the relatively simplifying AQAL matrix
