What you need to know about me is that I love everything spiritual, and so consquently I have been a huge contradiction to my hobby.  I have recently exhausted every creative attempt to discover enlightenment my way, and needless to say I'm fricken tired!  So in attempt to appease my love for spirituality, and writing, I decided to start a blog.

What's great about this project is that it allows me to follow the advise and information proposed by those who have a lot more experience then myself.  So all I'm required to be is a good student, now I can do that! Each week I am going to have a new "giant" that I will follow the advise of, and reflect daily on my experiences.  That's it!  You can follow my progress, or even throw in some feedback at IntegralLiving.wordpress.com.
