About Me

I am a Drum teacher and performer in Dorset, UK. I've been into meditation etc. since 1997. Been doing Integral Life Practice since 2007. Looking for Integral folk in the UK (especially in deepest, darkest Dorset!)

Education

Normal school stuff.

BA Study of Religion; West African Music (School of Oriental and African Studies - London).

Career

I do workshops in African, Brazilian, Cuban Drumming for schools, community groups and corporate teambuilding. I play in several bands (Samba, Jazz, and Boogie Woogie)

Hobbies and Interests

Meditation. Weight Training. Reading. Self Inquiry. Entheogens. Playing music. Spending time in wild, natural places. Loving my wife and dog, and all sentient beings.
