"Do I contradict myself? Very well then, I contradict myself. I am large, I contain multitudes" - Walt Whitman
A writer by trade and a so-called "baby boomer," I was fortunate enough to be part of the sixties counterculture. I was introduced to all things alternative (spirituality, politics, health , etc.) during those years and what I learned and explored then has been a big part of my life ever since. I recently started a website called Brainwaves Books and Stuff. My other website, A Cookbook of Consciousness, is my attempt to put everything I have learned and believe in into one nice, neat package. Wish me luck!
