If you showed me a page of Chinese characters, I'm sure it would seem next to meaningless to me as well, but I bet YOU could make some sense of it? You know some Chinese, right? I would not then because I don't understand Chinese then go to the trouble of accusing it of being meaningless or even worse accusing it of being fraudulent.

I could draw characters just as cool as those Chinese characters!
