Only You Know for Sure
Posted June 17th, 2010 by Jennifer GroveYou're the only one who can determine what is arising inside the self. So, what is it?
Here's a list of feeling words to peruse thru (or throw darts at) and help you identify what is arising. NVC is helpful for keeping it free from over-analysis. Check out my 2nd to last Blog post and see if that helps too. It pushes into this area pretty deeply. Make sure you listen to the audio... but set aside over an hour and a half. It's a doozy! Blessings to you.
