 Show 5 Practice:  Integration Practice

Part 1

Spend some time reflecting on what you learned by doing your practice. 

  • What did you learn about yourself? 
  • What did you learn about how others respond to you when you are doing this practice?
  • If you went home for the holidays, how did your practice support you in showing up the way you hoped to show up?
  • What addition could you make to your current practice that would enable you to shift further and show up in alignment with your intention the next time you are with your family?

Part 2

Spend the next two weeks on another practice that you design for yourself.  Remember that the practice should have both something new that you are doing, and reflecting on what you have done.  Continue to track your practices and reflections in your coaching journal.
