Ken Is Right

I believe that this talk and series beautifully paints the purpose of Ken’s life work.

If we live at the first tier way of being we tend by definition to live in ignorance and sin (selfishness and perhaps arrogance and narcissism). We tend to suffer and cause other beings to suffer. What we do tends to cause more long term harm and problems than good and solutions.

We could try to escape to be alone in a cave. We might be able to hold a degree of nirvana here but living alone in a cold dark cave is not such a rich life and it might not be good for us to turn our backs on the World.

Ken is calling us to the ideal of achieving a degree of non-dual vision and living as courageous Bodhisattvas who are willing to use the degree of wisdom and compassion we have been blessed with to work towards solving the pressing and terrible problems, including global problems, that could harm and even destroy all precious life on our small, borderless, and all too vulnerable planet home.

If we get to this point it would not be us doing the work. This beautiful work would be done by the same force of Eros flowing through us as that which is causing our Earth to spin in it's stunning orbit of love and ecstasy.
