Who am I?

Surya reminds us that we would usually have to admit that we are our bent out of shape, addictive, unfulfilled, miserable, desirous, narcissist self. Fortunately Thich Nhat Hanh reminds us that the Maitreya Buddha of the future is the sangha. Let us find refuge here. Surya offered us some great teachings:

·        We think too much and know so little.

·        The Buddhist path consists of leaning, reflection/analysis, meditation/contemplation, integration.

·        Begin there while getting there.

·        Walk by the sea. Gaze at fire and the sky

·        Breath, relax, smile, connect, let go.

·        “I glimpsed it for 15 seconds and it made me a servant for life” Kabir.

·        Enter the marketplace with bliss bestowing hands.

·        Relax into always again being our bent out of shape, addictive, unfulfilled, miserable, desirous, narcissist self.

Good post

Thank you Stanley, I've been in quite a resistance to my addictive, miserable self this week, so I am especially miserable, until I am again on the way to the Marketplace.

...Helping me to again see... bows to the "All."
