William Bengston and Informational Healing

Bill is said to have learned how to accomplish hands on informational or energy healing on conditions as serious as terminal cancer. He is teaching others how to use his practice of rapid image cycling to help with this. I would like to believe there is some truth here.

It is my hypothesis that his image cycling is a technique to help get out of the way of the brains bad habit of obsessive word based thinking. Then there can be a connection and a healing can occur. It is possible that the same thing could be accomplished by becoming thought free. In some traditions being with a person in a thought free state is believed to be a healing and transformational experience.

Has anyone had experience with this type of healing?

I believe much healing occurred around my teacher; Swami Muktananda. It could be that Bill is making this process more scientifically understandable. If we can understand it we are more likely to accept and use it.

May all beings be healed.

fascinating!

Stanley, this is very interesting, perhaps "information" satisfying or completing or "autonomic response to need", rather than energy being the mediating it. Malignant tumors got better - benign ones didn't - he couldn't cure a wart.

His skepticism and adherence to science as proof really helps me listen. Working with mice and people and brains.

I love this phrase "intra-brain triple harmonics" followed by entanglement with another brain/person. "Resonant bonding" is a cool and grokable phrase. "The mother-lode question is what is it."

Thanks.

Without Thinking

 Hi Stanley,

my husband and I did a lot of bodywork together over the years and we noticed, that expressed and felt truth is bringing immediate relief for bodily pain. I guess we all know this.

In relation to being without thoughts * : I am meditating fiveteen years now and my experience is, that it is most of the time not so easy to get to the place without thinking, there is a short moment and when you think, * I don * t think...... you think already again.

But I believe, that this can be very helpful and healing for any disease, not only cancer. The problem might be, to get in that place without thinking, when there is cancer, there is not so much time with some types of cancer.

The work of Genpo Roshi can lead fast to a state without thinking, but it is a kind of guided meditation.
