Late in this video (13 seconds til the end) Ken says 2nd Tier technology won't be operable by 1st Tier, unless it can communicate in 2nd Tier language.

This looks like the opposite of 1st Tier Technology, which can be used by anyone at any level below it. Is 2nd Tier the death of simple point and click technologies?

Can a 2nd Tier Tourist ask a 1st Tier Tourist to take a 2nd Tier family photo in front of the Niagra Falls?
