What is most inspiring to me about being an Integral Coach is being confident that I’m saving my client’s time, money, and heartache. I’m alleviating suffering, and I’m having an impact that transcends my lifetime. It’s deeply moving and exciting to witness clients live in ways they never thought possible. I absolutely love championing others’ most meaningful causes and witnessing them blossom. The ripple effects of this work are vast. I experience them in my own life. This coaching process and relationship is truly humane and truly divine.

Some significant experiences, education, or practices that have contributed to my ability as an Integral Coach include the themes of resilience, passion and devotion.   Resilience is a major theme in my life story. Passion compels me to transmit what I’ve learned so that we can progress, unfettered, to developing a better future. I’ve devoted decades to experiencing, studying, and applying a majority of psychotherapeutic and coaching methods. I have a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis on resolving complex post-traumatic stress issues and bereavement using a strengths-based, integral lens. I am a certified practitioner of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and completed life coach training with Martha Beck. The fields of neuroscience, leadership development, cross-cultural psychology, spirituality, and social economics also inform my work.  Additionally, I was a contributing editor to the Journal of Integral Theory and Practice 4(1) dedicated to the ICC method.

I continue to train under Dr. Terri Monroe, mastermind of the integrally informed Group Relations Conference at the University of San Diego’s Leadership Institute. This practice deepens my reverence for the sacredness of collective, emergent intelligence. It calls me to access multiple states and use skillful means in leading groups through conflict and uncertainty, whereby we transform in the heart of the We-space. I approach coaching similarly.

Prior to becoming an Integral Coach, I had the fortune of owning a ‘whole foods’ style Personal Chef business. I educated clients about conscious eating and customized dietary plans suited to their optimal physical and emotional well-being. I bring this care and knowledge forward in designing practices for my coaching clients.

Integral Life Practices I am currently involved in are yoga, pilates, hiking, meditation, being in nature, writing, ‘whole foods’ cooking, reading for learning and inspiration, laughing with friends, and living sustainably.

I live an Integral Life because I choose Life – all that it entails. I aspire to serve as a seasoned vessel. It effects deep change in deep time, which inspires reverence. I laugh a whole lot more. Love feels far more secure. I wish the same and more for my clients.

People would be surprised to learn that the ocean teaches me about equanimity, chaos, and mystery. Dolphins catching waves remind me to play at a moment’s notice.
