Tana Saler

A curious God

A teacher, doctor and comedy actress: these were my childhood's dreams. Through twists of fate and free will, and in a most surprizing way, this is what I do today.

My formal education is in the economy of commerce, at the Academy for Economic Studies of Bucharest, Romania. I was in my ninth year of banking career in Israel, when - at 38 - I finally knew what I really wanted to do when I grew up. So, under the worried looks of colleagues and friends, I quit and became an energy therapist. Reiki, holistic reflexology, EFT, and other tools in my toolbox have become my means of growth and service. More of an artist than a scholar, I sensed that the underlying phylosophies packaged with my healing arts, were incomplete. Yoga gurus and meditation teachers imparted knowledge that was the ultimate answer to them, and increasingly frustrating for me.

Until, of course, I found the Integral Model, and KW's more recent books, written 'for the rest of us'. Then I took a breath of relief and with a good aerial view of AQAL, embarked on an integral living journey. The way I teach has changed and I bring the integral model to all my classes (Reiki, meditation and more)

My work evloved from healer to development coach, now specializing in Full-Spectrum Love, from Passion to Compassion and everything in between. In some ways, when I teach I get to be the teacher, the doctor and the comedy actress. I like making people laugh and I hear it's good karma - it beats making people cry, I am sure.

Trotting by my side on my journey is Kinook, my wise and polite canine girlfriend, who knows how to bask in the blissful vibes of my meditation, support me through the shadow work and pick for me the friends with whom I can have synergy.

My website is www.tanasaler.com

I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and will happily connect with kindred spirits for Integral Life Practice and communing.

 Namaste, Shalom,

Tana
