We will meet on Saturday, October 31st from 10AM to 1:30 PM at the Centre For Peace, 1825 West 16th Ave (at Burrard).

Our October Salon has been moved to a Saturday so that we have longer to work on practice, and to give an opportunity for attendance to those people who cannot make Monday night.

We have decided to do the salon on October 31st to avoid conflicts with other events on October 17 and 24th.

So we are going to do a Halloween salon (but early in the day).  Wear costumes if you want, but mostly bring a post post-modern version of Hallows Eve to talk about.

Seriously, Sophie will be leading the salon.  Her write-up is below, and she also offers classes of several sessions at various points in the year, if you want to carry on with integral practice training.

Integral Life Practice: A mind/body/spirit cross-training framework designed by Ken Wilber, Terry Patten, Adam Leonard and Marco Morelli

If you're intrigued about Integral Life Practices and want to learn more, or have no idea what it is and would like to live a life that is more integrated in mind, body and spirit, this intro session is for you.

We will explore the basics of Ken Wilber's Integral Life Practice. Session will include meditation and physical practices as well as small group dialogue. We will share practical ways to incorporate Integral Life Practices into your daily life and you will have the opportunity to develop your own Integral Life Plan.

There are chairs and a few carpets available. Bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Integral Life Practice (ILP) is a breakthrough program for evolving body, mind, and spirit in self, culture, and nature. The Integral Life Practice book provides a framework for an easy way to learn ILP, giving you the tools to start practicing in your own home and at your own pace. ILP's Four Core Modules: Body, Mind, Spirit, and Shadow allow you to open up entire new ways of living and being in the world.

You may want to purchase Integral Life Practice by Ken Wilber, Terry Patten, Adam Leonard and Marco Morelli, available at Banyen Books.
