What is different about Integral Coaching over other forms of coaching?

Integral Coaching is an approach to development that leads to quick and sustained change in any domain in your life.  “Integral” actually means including all or everything, leaving nothing left out.  And this includes a deep understanding of how human development occurs in the first place. What happens when nothing is left out?  Rapid results. New capacities. Greater understanding.  Profound effects in your work and personal life. And real and sustained transformation!

How do I select a coach to support my developmental goals?

• You should feel a sense of common ground with your coach, but you also want someone who will push you to take some risks and has the ability to bring to light some new perspectives that were previously unavailable to you.  Each of our coaches have areas of specialization, which may match the area you are interested in delving into. 
• Take a look at our coach profiles.  If there is a particular coach you are interested in working with, providing that coach has availability, we will match you with your choice.  Alternatively, our Client Support Team personally knows each of the coaches and can help match you with an appropriate choice based on your topic and any general requests you have.
• Our coaches have limited availability, and some may already be on waitlist only.  If you are interested in working with a particular coach, please take a moment to fill out the form below and indicate your preference.

Do I have to enroll now?

No, absolutely not!  But as we mentioned we only have 60 client spots available at this time and we believe that it will sell-out very quickly (hence the invitation-only enrollment).  We have a limited number of Certified Integral Coaches and once all the coaches are booked we will service a waiting list as availability arises.
