Barry Johnson will share his evolving discipline of “Polarity Mangement."  He will explain the subtle but important shift from Managing Polarities to Tapping The Infinity Factor, the energy system within all polarities and all multarities. 

Barry 
 says, The Infinity Factor™ is the energy system within all life’s interdependencies. Tapping this energy system has never been more important or more useful. It is being tapped within Integral Theory as we look at the underlying polarities of Individual AND Collective and Interior AND Exterior. It is being tapped when we move through the levels of Spiral Dynamics. It is also being tapped in the process of becoming a “Firm of Endearment” as organizations learn to Take Care of Themselves AND Take Care of Their Larger Communities.

What excites me about The Infinity Factor™ is that we are learning more and more each day about how to see it, map it, and tap it. This energy system is available to each of us and all of us. It is a gift of nature like the energy from the sun, gravity, or the wind. Our learning to tap it at one level of system can transfer to other levels of system. The realities we discover at the individual and family level are readily applied to organizations, nations, and our human species within the larger eco-system. We can become responsible world citizens without being overwhelmed. It’s a gift that keeps on giving.”

Francis Johnston will offer her keynote on “Resonant Leadership.”  Fran, as thousands around the world lovingly know her, uses the platform of Emotional Intelligence and launches headlong beyond the “I” to the “We” dimension.  Recent findings in neuroscience point to our amazing capacity to “pass around” emotions (or as Dan Goleman of EI fame once described, “Like electricity through the grid”). Fran and colleagues at Teleos Leadership Institute have been studying and leveraging this concept first hand by identifying and nurturing leaders’ capacities to intentionally “distribute” compassion, hope and optimism in order to produce greater results and create needed change.

Fran and her colleagues at Teleos were also amongst the first to deliver mass-scale, integrally informed leadership development programs - to help address HIV/AIDS in emerging economies. As a master storyteller she will present as a true example of ILiA’s “in action” focus.

Keynote speaker Rand Stagen will be asking, "Integral Theory…. So What?" in his presentation of Integral Theory and Conscious Capitalism.  Rand will share insights from his firm’s ten-year journey deploying Integral theory in a business context.  He will share what he has found about which aspects of Integral theory CEOs really care about and identify ways to skillfully translate AQAL for a business audience. He will explore common mistakes made by his own integral practitioners.  Rand believes that Integral theory can practically unlock individual, team, and organizational performance, and wants leaders to understand why he believes Conscious Capitalism may be the greatest vehicle for the transmission of Integral theory.

Bert Parlee is providing experiential practice in “Integral Inquiry as Presencing Simultaneous Opposites.”  Bert says, “Now well on our way toward Global, our times are calling for individuals, organizations and cultures to develop more informed methodologies for exploring diversity - and ultimately opposites: pathways that are able to create unity and hope amidst complexity and conflict.
Like all great emergences, the Integral Age will be won by how well the vanguard is able to bring practical approaches to complement and ground developing mindsets and worldviews.  Only this time, the shadow will need to be embraced rather than vanquished by the light.”

Additionally, Bert will present an “Introduction to Integral,” with special invitation to new, local Texan Integralists. The 4 hour program will focus not only for those beginning their explorations of the “theory of everything,” but will be a highly experiential dive into processes that allow leaders to engage organizational learning as it relates to understanding mindsets.  He will lead exploration into wide ranging perspectives, behaviors, emotions and spiritual experience as a means of building individual and organizational capacity.
