Frustration!  Group tension...Varying Types...Diverse Levels...Different Quadrant Orientations..

How Can Integral Enhance Group Facilitation?

How often have you been facilitating a discussion and found yourself wondering how core Integral principles might help you navigate turbulent waters?  Or, have you reflected on how to deepen your own capacity to hold space for a group who is swimming in multiple perspectives?

As facilitators, we have found ourselves faced with these same questions and have spent countless hours in an intersubjective engagement with groups who orient from different quadrants, levels, lines, types and states.  With this in mind, we have teamed with Diane Musho Hamilton to create an exciting contribution to Integral praxis: Masterful Facilitation with Diane Musho Hamilton: Integral Facilitation Skills. Diane deeply embodies the multiple perspectives embedded in Integral as she skillfully manages conflict, shadow and power politics.

In this workshop, you will cultivate a deeper capacity for self-awareness in order to "get out of your own way" while sharpening your facilitation skills using fundamental principles of Integral.  You will also have the opportunity to practice one of the primary components of outstanding facilitation:  Presence to self and other.  Finally, you will begin to identify your own obstacles to holding presence.

Please join us on March 19th-21st in Salt Lake City for this innovative workshop which will leave you feeling inspired to enact the Integral vision by responding to the call to skillfully facilitate large and small groups.  For more information, go to: http://www.dianemushohamilton.com/events/ or e-mail Rochelle Fairfield .
