Leadership within an NMOD discourse

Hi Jennifer,

I am getting an awesome vision of this now. The idea of the We-space as an "I" and that the individuals within the group contribute the way all my internal forces do within my internal process  really helps me envision NMOD. Talking about a serious level of self-knowledge and self-acceptance amongst the participants for this to work. People would have to be willing to engage in a kind of positive ad hominem critique of themselves and have that seen by others. How would it be determined that someone had the ego development and shadow-work accomplished enough to participate? Also, getting to this level of knowing and being known within a field of embrace centered around a topic, which also has to be explored, could be a very lengthy process. What if we're not talking about understanding a topic, but rather talking about a more immediate problem that requires an action? What if we lack the resources to offer a full spectrum response?

The NMOD sounds like the conversation style I dream about participating in. I will try to answer my own questions from this comment, too, but I was wondering what you'd thought about'em.
