We keep hearing about “a new normal.” But what exactly do we mean by that? What are we hoping for and what are we hoping against? In this session we’ll unpack our conscious and unconscious desires for the future and find ways to move into deeper relationship with what is.
Resilience is the ability to handle and bounce back from crisis. But beyond resilience lies antifragility which is the ability to use crisis and change to become stronger and better – to thrive. Rather than trying to survive the crisis, this means allowing the crisis or change to rework us, like soft clay, into something new, improved and more resilient than ever before. This leads to deeper alignment with what is most important to us, and to a life more deeply felt and lived. The crisis, change or transition we face right now is the path. It is the invitation to grow and evolve. Join Lisa Frost as she facilitates integrating the learnings and receiving the gifts from uncertainty, crisis and change on the journey toward Antifragility.
Lisa is an Integral Master Coach and facilitator and specializes in helping individuals traverse complex crises, change and major life transitions – both in professional and personal contexts. She helps individuals thrive in the midst of uncertainty and work through the aspects of self that hold us back from realizing the profound sense of fulfillment and joy that is available to all. She has deep personal practices of surrender and shadow work and enjoys hiking with her dogs in her spare time. In a pre/post COVID world she also enjoys travel and scuba-diving. She holds a Master’s Degree in Integral Psychology from JFKU where she conducted 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd- person research into coaching schools through an Integral Lens, over 30 years experience in business and leadership and 12 years of guiding others through complex crises and change.
