And certainly we would not renew your membership without your consent so it is likely that you may have signed up initially for an “auto renewal” membership – perhaps unintentionally and not knowing you did. If so we apologize and are happy to refund you the amount of $99 that was charged to your credit card. I have processed your refund and also cancelled your membership for you. Not a problem 🙂
