Auto renewal and expired/cancelled membership

If you had signed up to be on a recurring payment membership program that would be why you would be automatically renewed for membership with us. We do not ever do this manually without a member’s permission, just so you know:). Recurring membership billing is set up as a convenience per a member’s request. And if you have this feature and do not wish to have anything recurring, it is easy to cancel this for you.

If you would like any help with this and especially if what you are saying here is a request to cancel an automatic renewal that has been in place, we would need your assistance with a bit more information so we can best help you. Would you please provide us with your email associated with your account and also your user name so we can locate you in our system, and look into your account, and then do what it is you are requesting us to do? We will also look into your account and make sure you have not already been charged this past month for a recurring membership and if so we will refund you.
