I am sorry you are having issues with this. And we only have email ticket service support that has been this way for many years, but it is the best way to handle these things as we can track your account. I have looked into your account and it is nicely migrated into our new website system and so that is not the issue, nor is billing. You should be able to login and receive a new password, which is basically the protocol for all first users on our new website. Your email for this login is: that should allow you to generate a new password to be emailed to you so you can then login and access the new website – everyone has to do this. IF that does not work, then do let us know and I will send a special request to Corey, who designed the website and he will manually do this for you. He is really busy with the new website so it might take a while, which is why I ask you to try this first and then be sure to check even your spam folder for a new password that is sent to you – some people miss this one πŸ™‚
