What a nice gift for your friend! The easiest way to gift a membership is to go to the home page www.integrallife.com and click on JOIN and fill out the form in his/her name, address etc., and you will receive an email confirming this once you are done. Most important is the name you register the membership in will be the member’s USER name and that cannot be changed so make sure it is in their name, such as Susan Smith, etc. You will need to input your email address for the confirmation letter (check your spam folder too please) so you can receive this first. Later on your friend can change the email to their email.

Then you can simply print out the email and maybe put it in a card? That is what most people do. 🙂
