Inspirepay billing adding extra charges – explained fix

I appologize that our much older system from where another billing originated still had been ghosting your old membership even after you were effectively cancelled in our newer system. It took me actually a couple of hours of guessing to locate you in the older system that is now being carried by InspirePay, and finally after inputting different iterations of your name I located you!

I am delighted to say that I have been able to REFUND you 10 past payments drawn off your card for ——- Then the only way to end the mysterious charges oringinated from the old system, was to per your request to delete this account.

I hope this is the end of it for you, and I applogize for our older system interfering, as this has happened from time to time and there is no way to tell if someone has this stored information until you begin an inquiry and a long hunt. I am glad I was finally able to locate you and reverse these charges. Look for them in a few banking days, depending on your bank it might be a few days longer.

If you have any further issues then please let us know, but I doubt you will, you should be all cleaned up now!
