Amina has been designing and facilitating groups and trainings for 40 plus years. She is passionate about creating new models of leadership and group life in organizations and communities that move beyond mechanistic assumptions of separateness to realize functional interconnection. Individuals, relationships and groups function and evolve as complex living systems with distributed leadership and holistic consciousness. They are guided by an integrative collective intelligence and heart that emerges through differentiation in connection.

Matrix Leadership offers communication and relationship practices that enable groups to form and function as interdependent wholes. With a sufficient ‘relational infrastructure’ individuals and relationships evolve through differentiating with each other, and from cultural (systemic) norms and patterns. With the capacity to hold increasing complexity and differentiation, true collective intelligence and heart (integrative and holistic) begin to ‘guide’ the group’s (and individuals’) evolution. This experiential session will introduce core theory and offer a sample of the communication and relationship practices that foster this systemic-interpersonal-individual approach to evolution.
