Join us for a special session with Kim Barta, who will introduce the STAGES Model of Human Development (developed by Terri O’Fallon) and share his own contributions to the framework. The STAGES model maps human growth from infancy through advanced levels of maturity by tracking how our capacity to take perspectives expands over time. This helps explain why people often talk past one another, why cultural conflicts emerge, and how different worldviews shape our understanding of reality.
Kim will offer an accessible overview of the model along with practical applications from his own work in therapy, coaching, and personal development.
