Join the live interactive practice experience, a weekly practice session that runs for three months. Your opportunity to practice and connect directly with Ryan Oelke and fellow members of the Integral Sangha. You’ll benefit from personal guidance by Ryan, engage in curated practices, and collaboratively unpack the experiences and insights contained within the Integral Dharma web course. It’s ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

This exclusive practice experience will run every Wednesday at 5pm PT, beginning February 28th, and will meet weekly for 12 weeks until the last week of May. We are limiting the group to 20 participants, so be sure to reserve your space now!
