Nomali Perera
Nomali Perera is passionate about people development and brings over 15 years of experience in executive leadership coaching, organizational culture, facilitation, and teaching. Her work focuses on adult development, systems thinking, and helping individuals and organizations navigate complexity, change, and transformation with greater awareness and effectiveness.
A teacher of Integral Theory and Polarity Management, Nomali integrates contemplative and developmental approaches into engaging learning experiences that foster greater wisdom, compassion, and psychological wholeness. She currently serves as Executive Director of Organizational Development and Transformation at E&I Cooperative Services, where she is a co-creator in cultivating a Deliberately Developmental Organization (DDO) culture centered on continuous learning and growth.
Nomali is a certified Polarity Management® facilitator through Polarity Partnerships (PACT™), a trained facilitator of the Immunity to Change™ process through Minds at Work, and a Master Coach through Integral Coaching Canada. She also holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and has spent more than fifteen years partnering with leaders and organizations to cultivate growth, learning, and transformation
