Thanks, Guys – I’ve just caught up with this issue and your revelation’s been really encouraging. A few months ago, I tried to ‘cross-train’ Diane’s “Compassionate Exchange” into my regular Tai Chi and Energy Medicine practices and Tonglen thus applied, appeared to add depth and meaning to my practices, so it continues to this day.
Now I can’t wait to add Tonglen to my weight training to see if I can get a similar performance enhancement compared to Jeff.
