Elizabeth Debold
Elizabeth Debold, Ed.D. is one of the world’s foremost authorities on gender development and author of the bestselling Mother Daughter Revolution (Addison-Wesley, 1993; Bantam, 1994). She was senior editor of EnlightenNext magazine for ten years and is currently an editor of evolve magazine, published in Germany.
Dr. Debold has been sought as an expert commentator by major media outlets in the U.S. and abroad and has lectured in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. She has made multiple appearances on Oprah, Good Morning America, and NPR. Her writings have appeared in academic publications, popular media, and international anthologies as well as in EnlightenNext magazine.
A senior teacher of evolutionary enlightenment, she served as Academic Director of the Master of Arts program in Conscious Evolution at The Graduate Institute, and has taught at Harvard University and the New School for Social Research. Dr. Debold is a founding partner of the Institute for Cultural Evolution and has recently founded Artemis Forum, an online forum to explore gender, leadership and the transformation of culture.
