In this series of sessions, our main focus will be to explore human values development, using Spiral Dynamics—a stage theory that is both admired and often misunderstood and criticized. We will ethically and responsibly examine each stage, considering its dignities and disasters, the gains and losses. More importantly, we will reflect on how the stages express the intricacies within ourselves.
