Integral Sensemaking for Global & National Events
Sensemaking is how we interpret and give meaning to shared experiences, especially critical in today's complex media landscape shaped by social media and disinformation. The rise of sensationalized, polarized content has strained the socio-cultural fabric, both in the U.S. and globally. This event will explore frameworks for understanding current events through an integral lens, focusing on how individuals and groups can navigate political and economic issues and make rational, prosocial decisions. Facilitators Brandon Nørgaard and Marty Behrens will present key insights, followed by a participatory session for reflections, questions, and collective sensemaking.
