Lead With Purpose

Welcome to Lead with Purpose! Here is a basic overview of what to expect in this web course created for you by Ginny Whitelaw, founder of the Institute for Zen Leadership.

The course itself is organized into 5 different teaching modules, each of which you can move through at your own pace. Each module includes a teaching, active practices and exercises related to particular leadership situations at work or in your personal life.

Spend as much time with each lesson as you’d like. We suggest that you move through the course deliberately. Create enough space to fully receive each teaching, and how it resonates either in a personal situation or work. When you feel ready, simply move to the next module.

Throughout this course we will invite you to reflect on a number of questions as a way to help you unpack and internalize each individual teaching. We encourage you to spend some time with each question and write down your response. Of course you don’t need to do any writing at all if you don’t want to, but we think it will greatly deepen your experience of this material.
