The world needs beings that can see the bigger picture, and beings that can take compassionate action, to help evolve culture as a whole. Fortunately, the pathway to cultivating Great Compassion and bringing its fruits into the world has been elucidated by the teachers that have come before us.
Join Rev. Bu Nan Brown as we take a guided tour through the Embodied Heart Practices of Buddhism. In this field of practice we will explore the depth of somatic Heart practice, and integrate it into the fields of interconnection.
Bu Nan Brown is an ordained Buddhist Priest in the Hollow Bones Zen lineage, and a Somatic Attachment Repair Specialist. He began his journey with Integral Theory about 15 years ago, and found his Zen teacher, Jun Po Roshi, from an interview on Integral Life. Over the years he moved to Boulder Colorado, graduated from Naropa University, was a founding member at the Integral Center, explored the world of Authentic Relating, spent 6 years studying with the Luminous Awareness Institute, and has dove deeply into the world of attachment and trauma. His primary focus has become sharing about adult somatic attachment repair, and its importance in healing the world, one nervous system at a time.
