Feelings are the communication of life. They make us feel alive. When feelings can communicate their messages, we can act accordingly, but we lose their wisdom when they are blocked and suppressed. In the interactive Unity Within practice, we let feelings speak in the first person to distill their data to us using the Big Mind Method. In each session we speak to a new voice/voices, supporting both personal and neurological integration. Join Tyko for this incredibly powerful voice dialog practice.
Tyko has been a leader, advisor, and coached professionally for over 18 years in the areas of integral leadership and families in vulnerable situations. Together with Driton Rama, he has developed several award-winning preventative methods for boys at risk and produced reports and management tools for organizations and schools across Sweden. He started meditating as a child while studying the holistic art of Shorinji Kempo, and has studied Big Mind with Zenmaster Genpo Roshi since 2007 and is a certified Big Mind facilitator. Growing up with a turbulent family situation led him to decide to become the parent he wants to see in the world – one who raises children with self-esteem, self-confidence, and skills for the modern world. Tyko has a background in Integral Psychology, a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Psychology and an MSc in International Relations and Asian Politics from the University of Queensland. He is currently undertaking a Master of Science in Emotion Psychology to deepen his knowledge of emotion and neuroscience.
