Dear friends,

I was absolutely blown away by the response to last year’s offer of free integral coaching to friends, entrepreneurs, executives and others in the worldwide Integral Life community. Integral Ventures was formed as an experiment—and commitment—to support passionate people in our community who want to put integral ideas, values and sophistication into action.

Over the course of coaching sessions with more than 60 different amazing people—from householders thinking about how to make an impact in their local community, to senior leaders on how to transform the culture for their 15,000 employee organizations—I was informed, inspired and deeply moved at the degree of intellect and heart we have available in this very special community of ours.

I’ve now decided to expand the effort even further. Over the coming year I will be traveling throughout the world in order to offer pro bono in-person coaching, support and counsel on any topic for which Integral Lifers might want a sounding board.

I will be starting these sessions in Paris in mid-July and will be available throughout France and Italy for the following month, before moving into the Balkans. I plan to be in Asia later this year and South America and Oz after that.

A final note: Fifteen years ago the integral movement was a burgeoning space of energy, intellect and initiative with everything from books, companies, salons and events popping up the world over, but with a few major organizations at its core. Then the Great Recession hit and many of these efforts were shuttered or delayed, including our own efforts with graduate education and the Journal of Integral Theory and Practice. Since then, however, the movement has recovered, rekindled and diversified, and it is truly one of my greatest points of pride that there is no longer a single, dominant central entity in the integral movement, but a meshwork of fantastic and engaged people and organizations working to enact integral consciousness and structures.

There is indeed a new world emerging, and you are at the heart of it. And I am so very grateful that I will get the chance to see how you are helping to bring that world into being. I will do everything I can to help you do so, and will endeavor to be as flexible as possible with my plans to accommodate you.
