This practice group is retiring. Please come and be in community as we honor each other and our journeys over the last two years, and share what’s next for each of us.
Although our capacity for deeper connections actually increases with self-development, many of us have found that as we progress on our journey of growth that the friendships we once enjoyed no longer nourish us in the same way. Wouldn’t it be nice to develop friendships with women who share your values of waking up, growing up, cleaning up and showing up? Welcome to the Integral Women’s Group where we actively create a culture of sisterhood based on mutual compassion and respect, that holds each to greater levels of growth, personal accountability and challenge to take increasingly wider perspectives.
This is a supportive, safe space that allows each to drop the personal stories that hold us back and utilizes transparent agreements to structure friendships as personal growth scaffolding. We will regularly use small group breakouts for discussion, practice and getting to know each other, so please be prepared to be on video. This group is for those who identify as women. Facilitated by Lisa Frost.
“I like the intimacy and sharing. It was amazing how quickly and easily we were able to do this. Lisa Frost is the coach and her format and delivery made this session very successful for me.” – Judy Smith.
“I loved having an opportunity to relate from a non-cognitive place, to have feminine energy flowing and the level of openness and vulnerability that was present. It’s great to have a woman only Integral space.” – Imago Inocente.
“I enjoy all friends, especially girl friends and knowing it’s within an Integral approach it’s even richer. To create conscious friendships is like the cat’s meow!” – Mary Janicki.
“My whole mission is to help people live their happiest, most authentic lives.”
– Lisa Frost
